FOREST REGENERATION

Private forest owners increasingly entrust SIA “ACA Timber” not only with logging but also with forest regeneration. As a true forest manager, the company assumes full responsibility for the forest even after the trees have been harvested.

A forest regeneration agreement includes:

• soil preparation or promotion of natural regeneration;
• the tree species to be regenerated;
• cultivation and maintenance of the young stand;
• deadlines for completing the necessary work.

A forest regeneration agreement can be concluded at the same time as the standing timber purchase agreement.

If needed, private forest owners can receive consultations on forest regeneration, establishment, and maintenance.
