Important to know:

When delivering the round wood, a copy of the HARVEST CERTIFICATE or a CONTRACT for harvesting crops from agricultural land, a PRIVATE DECLARATION of the origin of the timber, and a copy of the LAND BOOK must be attached to the timber consignment notes!

If the wood is not FSC certified, the seller must additionally submit:

• A copy of the felling certificate;
• If the timber supplier is not the owner of the felling area – a bill of lading, a copy of the felling certificate, a contract or deed of purchase proving the origin of the delivered timber;
• Printout from a database proving that the timber was obtained from a forest where there is no protected natural value or it is unlikely that there is or is a completed high value assessment form, where the assessment has been carried out by a person certifying completion of habitat identification training.

INFORMATION ON THE PERFORMANCE OF FORESTRY WORKS.

• If the delivered timber is harvested outside the forest, proof of origin of the timber harvested outside the forest is required
